Product Designer

• Define & Execute the Design Vision - Spearhead the company’s overall design direction—merging user experience principles with captivating visual design to create cohesive, on-brand products.
• Build & Maintain a Figma Design System - Develop and continually refine a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and efficient implementation across all product components.
• Champion Design Best Practices - Establish and uphold UX/UI standards, guiding the core SaaS product’s interface and user flows to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into intuitive designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
• Lead User Research & Validation - Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions, leveraging insights to refine both the experience and visual appeal of all features.
