About the role
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital platforms for customer engagement.
- Oversee eCommerce, marketing websites, and CRM systems for brands including JLG, Jerr-Dan, and affiliated Access companies.
- Help to define and lead the enablement of Access segment’s eCommerce and digital technology sales strategy.
- Partner with Sales Operations and DT to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and integration.
- Champion digital customer journeys—from product research through purchase and post-sale support.
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improving online sales conversion and customer retention.
- Lead the ongoing enhancement of brand websites to reflect brand positioning and showcase innovation.
- Own the strategy and governance for the Access CRM ecosystem to improve visibility into customer relationships, sales pipelines, and marketing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital commerce, marketing technology, or CRM leadership roles, preferably in a B2B or industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation or eCommerce initiatives in a global organization.
- Deep expertise with platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Commerce, Sitecore, and Google tools (or similar).
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, customer-focused digital solutions.
