About the role
- Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads from osapiens-cmms.com, help drive the growth of our product and sales-led motion, and collaborate directly with customers to shape the future of maintenance software.
- Identify new opportunities through research on target industries and markets.
- Generate leads via events, online channels, and industry networks.
- Craft tailored messages that address each prospect’s needs.
- Reach out at the right time to boost engagement.
- Follow up quickly and personally to maintain interest.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth lead handover.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation or business development for B2B SaaS solutions.
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in German (native-level) and strong proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
- Experience with maintenance or service-related processes is a plus.
