About the role
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the recruitment of working students and interns — from opening positions and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing and selecting.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Support other roles by finding, screening, and engaging with candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Hiring Partner: Be the first point of contact for hiring managers and the People Operations team regarding your roles.
- Talent Strategies: Contribute to creative sourcing approaches and help refine strategies to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Projects: Take charge of specific recruitment projects and bring your own ideas to improve processes.
- Employer Branding & Events: Prepare and take part in career events in and around Mannheim; help organize activities such as career fairs or university presentations.
- Market Insights: Identify recruitment trends and share input to continuously improve our approach.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, HR, or related fields preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication skills in both English and German.
- Passion for connecting with people and an interest in recruitment or HR.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
