About the role

  • Spend time with Klaviyos as well as Oritans
  • Help translate brand, agency and Klaviyo needs to the Orita team
  • Educate Klaviyos on the Orita product suite
  • Build the playbook for dedicated platform partnerships
  • Own a pipeline number
  • Work closely with Agency Partner team, CS, Product and more
  • Enable Klaviyo CSMs to be super-users of Orita
  • Become a product expert and work closely with product teams
  • Actively participate in iterations and experiments surrounding how we serve Klaviyo, our agencies and customers

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of partner management experience
  • Direct experience managing a book of business
  • Strong organization skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business partners
  • Experience in a sales role
