About the role
- Spend time with Klaviyos as well as Oritans
- Help translate brand, agency and Klaviyo needs to the Orita team
- Educate Klaviyos on the Orita product suite
- Build the playbook for dedicated platform partnerships
- Own a pipeline number
- Work closely with Agency Partner team, CS, Product and more
- Enable Klaviyo CSMs to be super-users of Orita
- Become a product expert and work closely with product teams
- Actively participate in iterations and experiments surrounding how we serve Klaviyo, our agencies and customers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of partner management experience
- Direct experience managing a book of business
- Strong organization skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Analytical mindset
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business partners
- Experience in a sales role
