About the role
- This role will be responsible for directly supporting the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Respiratory and Neurology portfolio.
- The goal is to contribute to portfolio growth, strengthen the competitive positioning of the products in the Italian market, and provide high-value scientific and educational support to the sales force.
Requirements
- Support the Brand Manager in defining and implementing strategic and operational marketing plans.
- Analyze market data, therapeutic trends, and competitive landscape (IQVIA, guidelines, scientific literature).
- Develop promotional campaigns, educational materials, and digital tools for the sales force.
- Contribute to the scientific training of the sales team and facilitate knowledge transfer across the field.
- Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific societies, coordinating educational projects and congress activities.
- Monitor KPIs, assess the impact of initiatives, and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain strong collaboration with HQ and international teams, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous updates.
- Contribute to the management of the marketing budget in line with business objectives.
