About the role
- Develop and manage the portfolio of digital solutions for mining in Brazil, Colombia, and the Caribbean.
- Lead the full consultative sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
- Identify opportunities, deliver technical presentations, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and maintain post-sale relationships.
- Serve as the technical and commercial reference for strategic projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in the mining industry, preferably with digital solutions.
- Background in technical and consultative sales, including negotiation and full sales cycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Languages: English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
