About the role

  • Develop and manage the portfolio of digital solutions for mining in Brazil, Colombia, and the Caribbean.
  • Lead the full consultative sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify opportunities, deliver technical presentations, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and maintain post-sale relationships.
  • Serve as the technical and commercial reference for strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in the mining industry, preferably with digital solutions.
  • Background in technical and consultative sales, including negotiation and full sales cycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Languages: English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
