About the role
- Full responsibility for manufacturing operations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Chemical, or related fields)
- Postgraduate degree in Management and Leadership
- Proven experience in manufacturing management, maintenance, quality, and safety
- Experience managing performance indicators/metrics
- Experience with continuous improvement programs
- Experience with ERP systems
- Fluent English; Spanish desirable
- Availability to work in Lorena, SP (São Paulo, Brazil)
