About the role
- Supervise the Research Analysts within the Research and Analysis section
- Provide overall leadership and management direction to the Research Analysts
- Ensure effective and equitable program design, implementation, and delivery through research and data analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information
- Evaluate and report out program information in accessible ways
- Oversee the reporting of divisional program data at OHCS
- Participate in agency and statewide committees and task forces
- Implement new programs and technologies
Requirements
- Five years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience
- Two years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Skilled in overseeing research methodologies, ensuring data integrity, and implementing ethical standards in analysis and reporting
- Highly proficient in ability to present information verbally and in writing at a level appropriate to various audiences
- Experience promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices in the workplace
- Ability to develop people, skills in coaching, mentoring, and teaching on the job
- Highly developed skills in priority setting and alignment of data and analytics program priorities with Agency strategy
