About the role

  • Lead and manage the global Sales Operations function, ensuring alignment with Optasia’s strategic objectives and revenue goals.
  • Drive robust forecasting processes at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Develop, consolidate, and present quarterly forecasts with high accuracy.
  • Maintain rolling weekly outlooks and pipeline reviews to ensure short-term visibility.
  • Own the sales incentive scheme (SIP), including design, administration, performance tracking.
  • Prepare and monitor Sales Plans in line with corporate vision, market opportunities, and revenue targets.
  • Establish and oversee sales governance frameworks, including Business Intelligence & Operations (BIO) reporting.
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting for senior leadership on sales performance.
  • Own and manage the Business Intelligence & Operations (BIO) reporting pack.
  • Monitor sales productivity metrics, pipeline health, and conversion ratios.
  • Standardize and continuously improve global sales processes.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of CRM systems to enhance accuracy and transparency.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product & Technology for alignment.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Sales Operations team across multiple geographies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related roles, with demonstrable experience in sales forecasting (quarterly and weekly outlooks), incentive design, and CRM management.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Strong command of analytics and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL a plus).
  • Proven track record in managing quarterly forecasts, rolling weekly outlooks, and forecast-to-actual variance analysis.
  • Experience designing and managing sales incentive programs (SIP).
