About the role
- You will be the primary technical point of contact for our clients
- Analyze, reproduce, and resolve application incidents
- Identify root causes of technical issues
- Contribute code to solutions, including fixes and optimizations
- Monitor applications and produce regular reports
- Maintain technical documentation and enrich the knowledge base
- Work closely with project teams
- Opportunity to progress into a Lead role
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in software development and application support
- Strong background in application support and ITSM tools
- Good command of Java and the Spring framework
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes environments
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps culture
- Proficient with the Linux command line
- Front-end experience is a plus
- Excellent English (C1); German is an advantage
