About the role
- รวบรวม ประมวลผล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากหลายแหล่ง เช่น event tracking, database และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานและการตัดสินใจของธุรกิจ
- สร้างและดูแลรายงาน, dashboard และการนำเสนอข้อมูล เพื่อสื่อสาร insight และเทรนด์สำคัญให้กับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และความสอดคล้องของข้อมูล (data validation & quality checks)
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเทคโนโลยี การเงิน CS ทีมขายและการตลาด เพื่อเข้าใจความต้องการด้านข้อมูลและสร้าง insight ที่นำไปใช้ได้จริง
- ช่วยผสานข้อมูลจากหลายแหล่งเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูลหรือ data warehouse ของบริษัท
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเฉพาะกิจเพื่อตอบคำถามธุรกิจ หรือแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเมื่อเกิดขึ้น
- อัปเดตความรู้เกี่ยวกับ BI tools และเทคนิคใหม่ ๆ พร้อมแสวงหาโอกาสพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Requirements
- ปริญญาตรีด้าน Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้าน SQL, Excel และเครื่องมือ BI เช่น Tableau, Power BI, Metabase
- มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา พร้อมใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- สื่อสารได้ดีทั้งการเขียนและการพูด สามารถนำเสนอข้อมูลได้อย่างชัดเจนและกระชับ
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม
- ใฝ่รู้ อยากเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และพร้อมรับความท้าทายในการทำงานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงเร็ว
- 0–1 ปี (ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
