About the role
- Co-responsible for all shop operations
- Create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers
- Coordinate day-to-day store operations in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Monitor overall commercial performance
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business-related vocational training
- Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
