About the role
- You coordinate daily store operations
- Ongoing development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual merchandising/presentation guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and preferably in store management
- Strong numerical affinity and commercial/business acumen
- Leadership qualities and high interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
