About the role
- Lead and develop your shop managers
- Close collaboration with Purchasing, Merchandising and Brand Management
- Responsibility for all personnel in your area
- Responsibility for the optimal organization of your stores
- Implement company guidelines and ensure adherence to our routines
- Employee development; conduct trainings and workshops
- Ensure staff deployment planning aligned with customer traffic
- Lead by example in service and customer orientation
- Actively involved in sales on the shop floor

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area Manager
- Leadership skills and experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- A proactive mindset and an awareness of the importance of leading by example
- Completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
- Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the market
- Strong numerical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
