About the role
- Facilitating learning activities that engage and retain students
- Marking assessments and providing meaningful, constructive feedback
- Supporting communication through discussion boards, emails, and live sessions – ensuring visibility to students every 24-48 hours
- Collaborating with academic teams to maintain unit quality
- Upholding OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience
- Support students in GSQ004: Strategy and Systems Thinking, a unit that blends strategic management with systems thinking
Requirements
- Qualified: Hold a Masters degree in either Business, Strategy, Systems Thinking, Management or related field.
- Experienced: 5+ years in strategic planning, organisational development, systems design or strategic consulting sector.
- Empathetic: Understand the challenges faced by online learners
- Organised & proactive: Able to manage time and responsibilities independently
- Tech-confident: Comfortable navigating online learning platforms
- Student-focused: Passionate about helping students succeed
- Flexibility to work sessional part-time: hours typically ranging from 4-8 per week. Hours may increase depending on assessment/marking cadences and the number of student groups you support.
