About the role
- Develop and deploy templates for medical strategy for new products including strategic imperatives and impact goals for the medical communicational strategy.
- Support development of the Product Core Narrative.
- Coordinate and support medical onboarding and training activities for MSLs.
- Support the execution of the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) strategy, including planning and engagement with external experts.
- Support development of content for MSLs Scientific Exchange.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of medical activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Assist in the implementation and management of IT systems and digital tools supporting medical activities.
- Help maintain channels and platforms like Orthopaedics University for knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and Guidelines applicable for MSL function.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of best practices and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in medical affairs, project management, or related roles within MedTech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical affairs processes, MSL activities, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in digital tools and data management systems.

- Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
