About the role
- Manage retained (non-IFM) site services across sites
- Serve as FM primary point of contact to service provider(s)
- Partner with FM COE and SSG to prepare detailed specifications for tendering
- Monitor service provider activity to ensure responsibilities are aligned with SLAs and KPIs
- Develop and deliver applicable training material for J&J programs
- Monitor contract budget vs. actuals
- Provide leadership/support for contractor governance and performance management
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years facilities management experience or CRE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Solid understanding of site services including catering, security, cleaning
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-national team
- Adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite
