• Collaborating with regional business leaders and E&PS staff to define and execute regional Real Estate/property strategy.
• Serve as an active Business Solution Partner for key partners by establishing meaningful business connections within the sector.
• Report regional project status to stakeholders and business partners.
• Drive property acquisition and disposition activities in collaboration with Transaction Manager(s).
• Day-to-day management of the portfolio including new lease requirements, renewals, subletting, lease surrenders, restoration issues, credit control and other property matters.
• Develops the talent of team members and builds a culture of continuous improvement driven by metrics, benchmarking and standard methodologies.
