Designer

• Build and update a comprehensive design system (in Figma) for the website.
• Conduct user research and analyze data (analytics, A/B tests) to inform design decisions.
• Work with stakeholders (marketing, product, content teams) to gather and clarify design requirements for new website features or pages.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes in Figma for new features and concepts.
• Collaborate closely with developers during the build process to make sure the implemented features match the intended design and requirements.
• Perform UX/UI quality assurance testing on new or updated pages.
• Assist with maintaining visual quality in the content management system.
