Sales

• Respond promptly and professionally to partner communications via email, phone, or CRM.
• Maintain strong relationships with key trade, corporate, and agency contacts.
• Assist the team with coordination and follow-up on high-value or time-sensitive opportunities to ensure quick turnaround.
• Maintain and update key B2B reports (sales pipeline, partner performance, activity tracking).
• Consolidate and distribute weekly and monthly dashboards for leadership and team review.
• Ensure CRM data integrity — updating partner details, tagging accounts, and logging activity accurately.
• Own calendar management for B2B meetings, reviews, and key reporting cycles.
• Support the coordination of trade shows, conferences, and partner events (e.g. registrations, logistics, materials).
• Manage internal processes such as expenses, travel coordination, and team documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for internal and external meetings.
• Act as a point of coordination between B2B, marketing, finance, and operations for shared initiatives.
• Support the creation of partner communications (e.g. newsletters, presentations, invitations).
