About the role

  • Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solutions
  • Customize forms, tables, cloud flows, and business processes within D365
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
  • Package and support deployment of releases
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
  • Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and within scope
  • Able to focus on multiple projects concurrently
  • Adhere to change management policies
  • Actively participate in Agile meetings/ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint review, sprint retrospective, sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, etc.)

Requirements

  • Adept at crafting PowerApps and Power Platform solutions
  • Strong experience with JavaScript customizations on Dynamics 365 forms (e.g., form logic, ribbon commands, onChange/onSave events)
  • Creating and maintaining Power Automate flows, including moderate to complex logic flows
  • Ability to test and validate customizations such as forms, views, tables, fields in D365
  • Deep understanding of Customer Service and Sales business processes and their implementation in Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business rules, and form design best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details
  • 2 - 3 years of applicable experience
