Account Manager

• Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of ~50 enterprise brands and agencies across India, acting as their primary point of contact for all campaign needs.
• Revenue Growth: Drive an annual order book through repeat campaigns, upsells, and cross-sells within assigned accounts.
• Client Engagement: Meet key clients every month to strengthen relationships, present new solutions, and close ongoing opportunities.
• Opportunity Mining: Identify new briefs, seasonal campaigns, and category-level initiatives to expand revenue from each client.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Managers, the Creator Supply team, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, weekly forecasts, and accurate CRM hygiene to ensure transparency and predictability in revenue.
• Strategic Input: Provide market and client insights to the leadership team to shape product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Customer Success: Ensure retention and repeat orders by driving measurable outcomes and client delight across all campaigns.
