About the role
- ON24 mission: help businesses bring their go-to-market strategy into the AI era via an intelligent engagement platform
- Own and evolve the company’s global MarTech stack to enable scalable growth and operational efficiency
- Serve as subject matter expert on marketing systems, driving tool selection, integrations, and process standardization
- Administer and optimize tools like Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, ABM platforms, and other third-party MarTech
- Guide stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions and establish campaign and lead management workflows
- Build and document marketing system architecture, maintain enablement materials, and troubleshoot integrations and data sync issues
- Continuously audit, optimize, and look for opportunities for tech consolidation and process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or marketing technology
- Strong focus and experience with tools such as 6sense, Drift, ON24, Sendoso, etc.
- Extensive experience with Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and LeanData
- Hands-on administration experience with MarTech tools and ABM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners
- Experience in marketing technology, process, and data management within marketing operations
