• Explore markets for prospective clients who can benefit from RMS and On Demand Counseling services.
• Drive the sales cycle from initial contact through closing.
• Actively represent the agency at events, meetings, and presentations to build visibility and strengthen community ties.
• Market the organization’s value proposition with awareness of client needs, trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop business development collateral and promotional materials.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate incoming referrals for outpatient treatment, telehealth, and other services.
• Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into treatment.
• Track and maintain accurate records of daily referral activity and sources.
• Conduct quality reviews and monitor contract compliance to ensure service excellence.
• Partner with business development teams across RMS affiliates (New Day Recovery, On Demand Immediate Care, On Demand Occupational Medicine) to strengthen collaborative efforts and identify cross-referral opportunities.
• Leverage additional community resources to enhance client services and expand organizational impact.
• Proactively identify and develop new opportunities for referral and business growth.
