About the role

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to qualification, product demonstration, collaboration with the technical team, and closing.
  • Proactively research and identify potential clients (e.g., behavioral health practices, clinics, hospitals).
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's current workflows, pain points, and business needs.
  • Develop a deep expertise in our EMR platform.
  • Conduct compelling, tailored software demonstrations that align with a prospect's specific challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers to prepare for and manage more complex technical conversations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, guiding them through the evaluation process.
  • Meticulously track all sales activities, communications, and opportunity statuses in our CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for meetings set, demos completed, qualified pipeline generated, and deals closed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales role within SaaS, HealthTech, or a related technology field.
  • A "tech-savvy" mindset.
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging and effective software demonstrations.
  • Strong experience and "hunter" mentality for prospecting and building a sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A persistent, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and activities simultaneously.
  • Direct experience selling EMR/EHR, revenue cycle management (RCM), or other practice management software (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system or, specifically, the behavioral health industry (nice-to-have).
  • Experience using sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. (nice-to-have).
