About the role

  • Content creation: As a content creator, you will build new and updated training courses for instructor-led classes.
  • Enablement instructor: Be able to deliver custom technical enablement classes to our customers and partners as needed.
  • Content planning: Work with leadership to develop a yearly plan to create the most relevant content.
  • Event planning and attendance: Partner with other members of the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement team.
  • Lab management: Collaborate with all team members to create a hands-on lab experience.

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of relevant experience in content creation and instructor-led course delivery, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on lab experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to create clear and compelling messages.
  • A keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high standard for creating and reviewing content.
  • Strong collaboration skills with teammates and cross functionally.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including as needed for international travel.
