About the role

  • Leading technical efforts on distribution projects and coordinating with transmission and substation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and technicians through one-on-one coaching and small group training sessions.
  • Driving QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellence in deliverables.
  • Sealing engineering documents and ensuring adherence to regulatory and professional standards.
  • Applying your diverse technical background to solve complex engineering challenges and support project success.
  • Supporting project planning, design, and execution with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • A minimum of eight years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
  • A diverse technical background in Distribution, Transmission, and Substation engineering.
  • At least four years of experience supervising and/or mentoring technical personnel, including one-on-one and small group training.
  • Strong QA/QC skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to seal engineering documents (PE license required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
