Business Development Rep

• Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization, focusing on Energy, Federal, Environmental, Rail, Water and related markets
• Advise technical teams and project leads during client pursuits, leveraging expertise in business development strategy
• Lead initiatives such as outbound client capture plans, intelligence gathering, go/no-go decisions, and interview preparation
• Act as a brand ambassador for the firm in the Southwest geography, connecting with people and the local community
• Stay abreast of changes in the business development environment, working collaboratively to drive and execute a robust business development strategy that aligns with the firm’s strategic goals
• Monitor the effectiveness of that strategy, and develop plans to improve effectiveness
• Partner with technical leaders, marketing, and client experience resources to create and communicate intelligence information, and to interpret best practices, internal, and external information to create effective solutions and help develop a winning client pursuit approach
