About the role
- As Hotel Director, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the property, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, internal procedures and the values of the OKKO HOTELS group.

- Lead and develop local commercial relationships.
- Maintain ongoing market monitoring of Cannes and competitors.
- Implement the pricing strategy in coordination with head office.
- Continuously identify and activate new revenue levers.
- Participate in local networks, professional associations and institutional organizations to strengthen the hotel’s visibility.
- Organize, lead and support the team’s work in keeping with the OKKO HOTELS spirit.
- Recruit, train, motivate and develop employees.
- Ensure application of legal obligations and labor legislation.
- Manage the hotel’s routine accounting within required deadlines.
- Prepare annual budgets and oversee dashboards.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
- Implement necessary corrective actions to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Cannes market or of hotels serving a conference clientele with significant seasonality
- Strong Events & Commercial orientation
- Hands-on manager, close to guests and teams
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel Management or as Assistant Hotel Manager in a property with significant F&B/Events/Commercial responsibilities
- Natural leadership, ability to bring people together, strong results- and service-orientation.
