About the role

  • As Hotel Director, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the property, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, internal procedures and the values of the OKKO HOTELS group.

  • Participate in local networks, professional associations and institutional organizations to strengthen the hotel’s visibility.
  • Organize, lead and support the team’s work in keeping with the OKKO HOTELS spirit.
  • Recruit, train, motivate and develop employees.
  • Ensure application of legal obligations and labor legislation.
  • Manage the hotel’s routine accounting within required deadlines.
  • Prepare annual budgets and oversee dashboards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
  • Implement necessary corrective actions to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the Cannes market or of hotels serving a conference clientele with significant seasonality
  • Strong Events & Commercial orientation
  • Hands-on manager, close to guests and teams
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel Management or as Assistant Hotel Manager in a property with significant F&B/Events/Commercial responsibilities
  • Natural leadership, ability to bring people together, strong results- and service-orientation.
