About the role
- Handle inbound calls via OpenPhone and respond promptly and professionally.
- Manage and reply to messages received through WhatsApp, Meta, and TikTok.
- Engage with potential clients who reach out through online forms, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Conduct preliminary consultations with prospective clients to gather essential case information.
- Accurately assess client needs and direct them to the appropriate legal department (e.g., asylum, business immigration, family-based, litigation).
- Assist with the sale and processing of Change of Status, F1, and B1/B2 visa applications as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and consultations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple communication platforms efficiently.
- Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
