Data Scientist

• Lead and grow the Commercials Pod: manage members of the Commercials Pod (three people to date).
• Support the professional development of team members through training and mentoring.
• Define the roadmap and ensure the quality of the team’s deliverables.
• Drive impact on sales and customer experience: work closely with Sales teams to understand their needs.
• Oversee the collection, processing and analysis of commercial data volumes to create clear and concise dashboards.
• Propose and develop data products to support sales growth or enhance customer experience, leveraging cutting-edge data technologies (e.g., Machine Learning, GenAI).
• Act as a driver of the Data strategy: contribute to defining the Data strategy and champion the vision for the Commercials Pod.
• Foster international collaboration: participate in exchanges with other Data, Sales and Marketing teams across the group.
