About the role

  • 360° recruitment – interface between clients and freelance candidates.
  • As a Sales Consultant, you convince prospective and existing clients in the initial contact about OCR and our services.
  • In your role as a Recruiter, you source suitable freelancers, present them to your clients, manage the interviews, and remain the central point of contact even after placement.
  • You expand the freelance candidate network and build relationships with specialists and executives within companies with the aim of establishing long-term client relationships.
  • You monitor market developments and continuously expand your expertise in the Life Sciences sector.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Quick grasp of issues and a solution-oriented mindset, plus self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve your self-set goals
  • Good communication skills and a confident, engaging manner to successfully recruit suitable candidates
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Very good written and spoken German and at least good written and spoken English
Benefits
  • Full-time onboarding: 4 days/week on-site in Rottenburg; after onboarding, at least 2 days per week on-site in Rottenburg
