About the role
- 360° recruitment – interface between clients and freelance candidates.
- As a Sales Consultant, you convince prospective and existing clients in the initial contact about OCR and our services.
- In your role as a Recruiter, you source suitable freelancers, present them to your clients, manage the interviews, and remain the central point of contact even after placement.
- You expand the freelance candidate network and build relationships with specialists and executives within companies with the aim of establishing long-term client relationships.
- You monitor market developments and continuously expand your expertise in the Life Sciences sector.
Requirements
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Quick grasp of issues and a solution-oriented mindset, plus self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve your self-set goals
- Good communication skills and a confident, engaging manner to successfully recruit suitable candidates
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Very good written and spoken German and at least good written and spoken English
