About the role

  • Directs the West Regional sales team
  • Strengthens relationships with manufacturers, customers, and end users

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Building Materials Industry
  • 7 – 10 years of related experience, including 5+ years of management/supervisory experience
  • In-depth sales and business experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to lead regional sales team effectively with 60% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
