About the role
- Deliver the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely , high-quality hiring across a variety of roles.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, shape hiring strategies, and ensure consistent, inclusive selection processes.
- Proactively source and engage talent through direct sourcing, talent pools, and partnerships.
- Support the optimisation of the ATS and recruitment tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment partners when required.
- Provide recruitment training, coaching, and guidance to hiring teams to uplift capability.
- Work collaboratively with other Talent Acquisition Partners, sharing insights, best practices, and sourcing expertise.
- Support the Director of Talent and L&D and the wider business with workforce planning, talent mapping, and forecasting future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of recruitment across commercial, engineering, data, product, and IT domains.
- Experience researching or implementing AI-driven recruitment automation is highly desirable.
- Skilled in direct sourcing and proficient with sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
- Passionate about delivering excellent candidate experiences and promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is beneficial but not required.
- Proven experience delivering recruitment operations across commercial and technical functions.
- Experience working across multiple geographies or supporting global teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting, and process optimisation.
