Requirements

Degree in a relevant subject
At least 5 years working in the software development industry
At least 3 years leading technical teams and line management
Demonstrable experience of current web programming concepts and technologies (ideally .NET, C#, and Angular)
Familiarity with cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
Experience of agile and waterfall methodologies
Experience with Scrum and Kanban
Track record of successful line management covering mentoring, motivating, objective setting, training, and performance management
Experience of recruiting, writing job descriptions, short listing, and interviewing
Demonstrable experience of delivering technical work within time and budget constraints
Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle
