About the role
- Design and deliver comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals and growth trajectory in Taiwan.
- Act as a core member of the Taiwan leadership team, providing expert counsel on all people-related matters.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Oversee talent management processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, and coach development programs.
- Utilize strong business acumen and data analysis to recommend systemic improvements.
- Promote company culture and drive employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field
- 15 years of overall HR experience and 5+ years of managing a team
- Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong, proven expertise across core HR disciplines, including Organizational Design, Change Management, Compensation & Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to influence without authority.
