About the role

  • Design and deliver comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals and growth trajectory in Taiwan.
  • Act as a core member of the Taiwan leadership team, providing expert counsel on all people-related matters.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Oversee talent management processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, and coach development programs.
  • Utilize strong business acumen and data analysis to recommend systemic improvements.
  • Promote company culture and drive employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • 15 years of overall HR experience and 5+ years of managing a team
  • Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong, proven expertise across core HR disciplines, including Organizational Design, Change Management, Compensation & Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority.
