• Manage and oversee the financial operations of multiple plants across North America, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and improve financial performance
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for multiple North American plants
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to plant management and corporate leadership
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements
