About the role

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR representatives, leaders, and employees across the organization
  • Process high volumes of HR data transactions with precision and efficiency
  • Enter and maintain information from multiple sources (paper, spreadsheets, digital forms) into HR systems
  • Perform job-event HR transactions and validate data accuracy by cross-checking against resource documents
  • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis; maintain files and records
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and reliability over time
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and other departments to resolve data-related questions and issues
  • Utilize the case management system (ServiceNow) to maintain high case quality, accurate metrics, and customer satisfaction
  • Investigate and resolve data issues impacting replication or payroll accuracy; document solutions for future reference
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries related to HR and payroll policies via phone or case management system
  • Engage in cross-training to expand knowledge across HRSC functions and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Safeguard employee privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Participate in HRSC projects and support colleagues as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or degree (HR or business-related education preferred)
  • 1+ year of HR support or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Canadian and/or U.S. HR data, business rules, and pay regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors (myHR), Workforce, EZL, SharePoint, and ServiceNow preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues effectively
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends during peak periods
