• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
• Learn all facets of the scrap metal recycling industry from the ground up
• Master the fundamentals of scrap metal material identification, safety, daily operations, supply chain, logistics, and transportation
• Shadow commercial teammates and learn how to develop, grow, and maintain relationships with customers
• Participate and lead staff meetings
• Get involved with strategic planning
• Work on a summer-long project with a final presentation
