About the role
- Leadership role in promoting safety as a value
- Protecting Nucor’s assets through risk-management analyses
- Managing all of the division’s accounting and financial reporting
- Provide financial experience and leadership
- Negotiate key agreements with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Manage IT, HR, Finance and Accounting, Tax, Credit & Collections and Contracts
- Be a key business partner to commercial, operations and supply chain teams
- Represent Nucor in community relations and public affairs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- 3 years leadership experience
- CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
- 5 years experience in financial-related positions
- 5+ years experience in financial or leadership roles
- Manufacturing industry experience
- HR management experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst
