About the role
- Lead client-facing engagements such as discovery workshops, proposal development, RFI/RFP responses, and solution presentations to showcase technical solutions
- Develop and present innovative solution strategies and architectures that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable value
- Act as the critical link between sales and delivery teams, ensuring seamless transition from pre-sales to project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to the development and improvement of best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets that enhance the organization’s pre-sales capabilities
- Align enterprise IT solutions with client business needs, leveraging broad understanding of application landscapes and integration patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture, software design, or technical consulting, with a solid background in pre-sales within the IT industry
- Proven expertise in leading client engagements including workshops, proposal creation, RFI/RFP responses, and delivering compelling solution presentations
- Deep knowledge of software architecture principles (scalability, security, interoperability, modularity) and integration patterns (API-first, event-driven, service-oriented)
- Extensive experience working across enterprise application landscapes, effectively aligning technical solutions with business goals
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients
- Demonstrated ability to bridge sales and delivery teams, facilitating smooth handoffs and successful project outcomes
- Experience contributing to pre-sales best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership (C-level)
