About the role
- Assist in the design and development of Pega applications
- Configure case management, user interfaces, decision rules, and workflows
- Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting applications
- Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for solutions and processes
- Learn and apply Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Stem field
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform or other BPM solutions
- Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java or similar), SQL, and database concepts
- Experience in designing and developing user interfaces (UI)
- Configuring flows, creating Data Pages, and implementing reporting solutions
- Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Pega CSA (Certified System Architect v8 or Higher) certification
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Italian would be nice to have.
