About the role
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed system designs for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub, Succession and Career Development
- Develop architecture diagrams and lead proof-of-concept efforts to validate technical solutions
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including business rules, workflows, templates, and permissions
- Ensure solutions meet functional and compliance requirements through detailed technical specifications
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes
- Develop scripts and integrations to streamline data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems
- Prepare and execute test cases; support integration and user acceptance testing; resolve defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and manage stakeholder communication and documentation
- Contribute to deployment and post-implementation activities and continuously improve methodologies, tools, and processes
Requirements
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Talent Intelligence Hub, Succession and Career Development
- Experience configuring templates, guidelines, eligibility rules, and story reports
- Experience with Integration Center, APIs and SAP BTP
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation for data flows
- Seasoned programming/development experience including Agile processes such as SCRUM and KANBAN
- Seasoned experience deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment
- Seasoned experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed system designs and technical specifications
- Experience preparing and executing test cases, supporting integration and user acceptance testing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
- SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant: SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay (listed)
- Relevant Agile related certification preferred
- Relevant certification of scripting and programming languages
