About the role
- Responsible for enabling on-time delivery and high-quality execution of client requirements
- Support bid and sales team with technical and contractual insight during client deal negotiations
- Become the primary client interface post contract signature
- Assess progress and proactively resolve challenges during delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with both the client and internal stakeholders
- Manage incoming client change with minimum disruption to contracted deliverables
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of managed services to clients
- Knowledge of power supply and cooling of data centers
- Experience and certification in common project management methods such as PMP
- Strong analytical skills
- Negotiation-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business administration, engineering, computer science, or comparable professional experience
- At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience and proven successes in project management in (national and international) data center environments
