About the role
- Drive growth and nurture relationships in the dairy sales team
- Coach the dairy sales team to exceed sales budget targets
- Manage customer and distributor relationships; forecast changes, pricing, contracts
- Collaborate with marketing to launch new concepts and drive sales campaigns
Requirements
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in Food Science or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in a leadership position in food manufacturing, preferably dairy
- Solid background in sales management
- Ability to motivate a team effectively
- Flexibility to travel frequently (up to 50%)
