Account Manager

• Proactively seeking new customers and sales opportunities to drive sustainable business growth; prioritize key projects among many opportunities.
• Responsible for Sales Budget, Sales Estimate, Forecast, etc.
• Responsible for trademark, IP execution and marketing activities for both initiatives and customers’ needs.
• Using internal opportunity management tools to develop opportunities into commercialized solution by value-selling and maximize scientific value and credibility.
• Driving ideation and innovation workshops, etc.
• Providing timely monthly reports, call reports, rolling forecast, competition information, etc.
• Cross-functional coordination with RA, supply chain, finance, GSA and global team, etc.
• Coordinating among GSA, cross-functional supporting team, and local team to drive the localized projects in China;
• Distributor management including distributor KPIs, incentive, training, contract, conflict management, etc.
