- Lead problem and opportunity exploration
- Drive the collaborative effort to build, advocate for, manage and maintain our critical journeys

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years driving user-centric design, service design, customer experience or product development in agile environments
- Educational background in relevant area (design, digitalisation, innovation, IT or similar)
- Proven expertise in journey strategy and end-to-end user journey design
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across global, highly regulated, cross-functional landscapes
- Track record delivering digital/service solutions in regulated, dynamic organisations
- Familiarity with (generative) AI and human-in-the-loop UX methods
