About the role
- Take ownership of a multi-year roadmap for Workday HCM
- Innovate & Optimize by leading configuration and system enhancements
- Build stakeholder partnerships across HR, IT, and business leaders
- Ensure compliance & security aligning with regulatory requirements
- Drive tech integration by identifying opportunities for automation
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Guide change management supporting HR and IT during system upgrades
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on Workday or HCM platform leadership
- Strong technical fluency
- Project leadership
- Ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences
- Workday, Oracle HCM, or other HRIS platforms certifications are highly valued.
