About the role

  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring efficient and rapid adoption of the solution.
  • Monitor indicators such as health score, NPS and churn, proposing action plans for retention and expansion.
  • Work on churn prevention and account expansion by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Implement and continuously improve processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA and Kaizen.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, support) to align expectations and create value.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success (mid-level), preferably in technology or SaaS companies.
  • Practical knowledge of onboarding, customer success metrics, churn prevention and expansion.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen).
  • Excellent analytical skills, organization and clear communication.
  • Proactive, results-oriented profile with a continuous improvement mindset.
